nice.. the head and face looks good.. the body as you mentioned needs to be revisited..
u might be the same as me.. i could care less on other as long as i got some parts good.. lol.. but this attitude must be fixed.. XD what i'd do is leave the drawing for a while and look at it again after some time.. if u keep looking at something, u'll be convinced it's right but if u give it a second thought, that's when u'll notice..
i dont have or know any good tutorial about body proportions but there's always the question, "does it look right?"
i'd look at picture references and study/observe how the artist did that picture and learn from there.. one short way to get familiarize with anime/manga style is to watch/read anime/manga.. u might even learn japanese in the process like me..
but definitely spend more time and keep asking yourself the questions that will pop up when u think u finished a drawing.. in my case, i've never thought i finished a drawing...... there's always something more i can do if i just put more effort and time to it...
so yeah.. just take your time and keep practicing as they say.. i hope this helps.. *^^*
